These backyard builds were created to enhance the space available. Venus Landscaping creates a visually appealing area with the use of cortense decorative panels and merbau fence panels, paving, pebbles and rendered walls, fresh turf to make it shine or any other ideas you can come up with.
We also concreted, paved and as a final touch to tie it all together, we landscaped the area surrounds with mulch and easy care plants.
It was fate when one of our customers requested the removal of a Canary Island palm and another customer decided that the same kind of tree would complete the look for their new property entrance at almost the same time.
We were able to tie the two jobs in together, and with the expert advice of a palm tree specalist we were able to learn and execute a very tight removal of such a beautiful palm and relocate it to its new destination home. Both customers were pleased with their new front area look and we think the new home for the palm couldn’t be more perfect!

The existing retainer wall had begun to rot and fall, so the team was asked to tear down the old one and replace with new uprights and decorative, coloured, woodgrain patterned concrete sleepers. It was a great job to give the apprentices a chance to use their skills and as you can see the end result is fantastic!

We have been asked many time to help with repair work of turf at sporting stadiums etc. We will work within a set budget to revamp, repair or install from the beginning whichever turf is most appropriate for the area and what it is used for.
Here are examples of repairing damage made by a truck in a grass area at a local swimming centre, and repairing damaged grass on an AFL sports oval.Â
When this Child Care centre was opened intially, the drainage wasn’t quite adequate in the outdoor sandpit play area. A budget was found and set to rebuild the area and install proper drainage so the children could play at all times – even after a heavy rain!
Synthetic turf was used instead of the real stuff this time around as it is such a popular place to play while at the centre, and the grass had been almost completely worn away. The synthetic turf will be able to be swept clean, but still look green and aesthetically pleasing.
A customer needed a backyard completed with their new build and requested a pond to mix it up a little and give Brad and the boys a little challenge. From mud to masterpiece, the end result is amazing and they now love walking through the yard and hearing the trickle of water landing in the pond.
